Job Summary
The Solar Sales Consultant will identify and engage potential customers, assess their energy needs and offer customised solar solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong sales acumen and a passion for renewable energy. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, qualify, and engage potential customers through cold calls, referrals, site visits, and online leads.
  • Conduct site assessments and evaluate clients’ energy needs to provide tailored solar solutions.
  • Educate clients on solar power systems, benefits, return on investment, and the installation process.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals, presentations, and quotations.
  • Close sales deals and meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure a smooth handover and excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on solar industry trends, local regulations, and incentive programs.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM software.

Qualifications
  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma or equivalent/Degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Marketing.
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
  • Proficient in Mandarin is an added advantage.
