Job Summary
The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for planning and executing sales and business development initiatives to drive revenue growth. The role manages key accounts, maintains strong client relationships, and works closely with product support teams to introduce new products and services in the local market. The position ensures achievement of sales objectives through effective promotion of products and services and alignment with the company’s commercial strategies.


Key Responsibilities
  • Report functionally to the Country Manager and support the development and execution of marketing strategies, sales initiatives, and performance objectives in line with the Management Plan.
  • Define target markets and client segments, identify high-potential customers, and implement strategies to maximize market share, revenue, pricing, and profitability.
  • Drive sales growth and expand the DF and DWM product and service portfolio with both existing and prospective clients.
  • Build, manage, and sustain strong relationships with key and existing accounts to ensure long-term customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
  • Identify, engage, and develop new customers to expand market presence.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving contractual issues, and providing commercial support.
  • Work closely with clients to understand operational requirements and technical challenges, developing tailored solutions using the DF and DWM offerings.
  • Prepare and deliver technical proposals and presentations that clearly articulate the value proposition of products and services.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification through negotiation and deal closure.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams—including operations, product support, technical, and finance—to ensure seamless execution of projects, orders, and product launches.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Set, monitor, and track sales targets, providing accurate forecasts and regular performance reports to the Country Manager.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
  • Accurately report monthly sales statistics to management in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrate full commitment to the company’s Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) strategy by complying with all policies, safety rules, legal requirements, and local authority standards.
  • Actively promote a strong QHSE culture through leadership, organizing training sessions, and chairing QHSE meetings as required.
  • Participate in QHSE audits to ensure safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible operations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma holder.
  • Minimum 8 years of technical and sales experience, preferably in Drilling Waste Management (DWM) and Drilling Fluids within the UAE market.
