Role Description

• Degree or Master’s in Petroleum Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience in reservoir engineering within exploration and production or service companies.
• Demonstrated experience in field development, reserves evaluation, and simulation modelling.
• Hands-on experience in waterflood management, workover planning, and infill drilling execution.
• Experience in mentoring and developing junior engineers, with potential for future leadership roles.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
