Job Summary
The IT Project Manager oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role coordinates cross functional teams, manages resources, timelines, and budgets, and acts as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will excel in risk management, Project Management methodologies, and delivering IT projects on time, within scope and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Define scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Execution & Monitoring: Lead teams using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies. Track progress, manage changes, and ensure quality standards.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to executives and clients. Manage expectations and resolve conflicts.
• Resource Management: Allocate internal/external resources, including vendors. Optimize team productivity and budget adherence.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify risks, develop contingency plans, and resolve issues proactively.
• Compliance & Security: Ensure projects adhere to industry regulations (e.g., PDPA) and cybersecurity protocols.
• Documentation: Maintain project artifacts (charters, RAID logs, retrospectives) and ensure audit readiness.

Technical Expertise

• Prefer candidates with Certification – PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification, others as related (Junior)
• Must have Professional Certification – PMP or PRINCE2, Practitioner certification, others as related (Senior)
• Proficiency in MS Project, MS Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, knowledge of IP network, Cybersecurity, Cloud, familiarity with IOT solutions
• Have working experience in IT Tech Company dealing with Enterprise Business Customers, Vendors/Partner, internal solutions and delivery teams
• Proven track record of architecting, estimating, and leading projects end-to-end while meeting customer expectations, with a solid solution roll-out/implementation experience, business expertise and IT projects
• Experience with stake holder management in dealing with standard enterprise process related to Sales/Acct Mgmt, Procurement, Solutions and Finance teams

Qualifications

• 4-7 years in IT project management in IP Network Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Cloud, IOT infrastructure rollout projects, etc (Junior)
• 8-10 years in IT project management in in IP Network Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Cloud, IOT infrastructure rollout projects, etc (Senior)
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
