Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth - Develop and execute a dynamic sales strategy aligned with company's market expansion and revenue goals.
- Lead the team in achieving quarterly and annual sales targets, ensuring consistent business growth.
- Foster a high-performance sales culture, focusing on strategic market penetration and value-driven selling.
- Implement a structured solution-selling approach, ensuring high-value deal closures with measurable ROI.
2. Business Development & Market Expansion - Establish a robust pipeline of B2B and SME prospects, focusing on corporate and technology-driven solutions.
- Build strong partnerships with executive-level clients, industry leaders and key stakeholders to driven business expansion.
- Identify and develop new revenue streams, securing both short-term wins and long-term business sustainability.
- Strengthen company's market positioning through active participation in industry networks and business communities.
3. Sales Operations & Performance Optimisation - Implement and refine scalable sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting, providing leadership with data-driven insights.

- Drive market penetration and customer satisfaction through targeted sales initiatives.
4. Team Leadership & Development - Recruit, mentor and develop top-tier sales professionals, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Inspire internal stakeholders and teams, ensuring collaboration and alignment across departments.
- Provide continuous coaching, leadership and performance management to empower the sales team.
- Promote a collaborative and high-energy work environment, ensuring effective teamwork and problem-solving.
5. Strategic Execution & Stakeholder Engagement - Stay ahead of market trends, emerging technologies and industry developments to inform sales strategies.
- Facilitate seamless communication between internal teams, external partners and customers to enhance collaboration.
- Represent company in industry forums and events, strengthening brand credibility and market trust.
- Monitor and refine sales initiatives, ensuring they remain relevant, impactful and aligned with business goals.
Qualifications - Minimum Bachelor's Degree in IT, Engineering, Marketing or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- At least 10-12+ years of proven track record in sales management with a focus on business and technology solution.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth through strategic sales execution, strong negotiation skills and a track record of exceeding targets.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to engage stakeholders and build lasting relationships.
