Key Responsibilities - Define & execute growth strategy, set OKRs / KPIs, execute priorities and ensure alignment with business
- Develop and optimize data-driven user journeys that guide different customer personas to the right products (Save, Invest, Retire, Quest) at the right time
- Blend product thinking with data-driven decision-making to optimize conversion funnels, reduce friction, and increase product adoption and guide future strategies
- Apply design thinking practices to empathize user needs and combine with market research to propose best in class customer journey that is aligned with customer needs, business strategy & revenue generation
- Identify capabilities, products, services and experiences required to drive user adoption, repeat visits and repeat engagements
- Drive growth of daily active user base & increase voluntary time spent by users in Versa app through visual techniques, content & tools/features
- Identify and work closely with internal stakeholders to identify, build and maintain relationships with external partners to ensure that Versa achieves its growth targets
- Work closely with product, marketing and data teams to align strategies, deliver features, and iterate rapidly
- Identify the need for new product development(s) or integrations that would help achieve growth targets
- Identify opportunities in the product funnel by closely working with the product team for incremental growth
Qualifications - A strategic and forward-thinking mindset candidate with the right experience in product growth roles
- Ideally having backgrounds in fintech or related tech/financial services industries
- Knowledgeable in hyper-personalization, user engagement & interaction concepts and techniques that drive activation & engagement
- Proven track record in driving growth & user engagement for non-transactional banking / wealth / fintech app
- Proven track record of optimizing metrics like activation, retention, cross-sell
- Strong analytical skills & proficient in using data to drive decisions
- Experience in driving financial app growth is advantageous
- Leadership experience - managing team(s), mentoring & performance management
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
- Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office working applications (Doc/Word, Sheet/Excel etc)
