Job Summary Our client is seeking a Corporate Respect & Care Advisor to lead and drive the Respect & Care programme across corporate offices, project sites, and group company locations. The role is responsible for embedding a culture of dignity, psychological safety, inclusion, and employee well-being across the organisation. This position plays a key role in cultural transformation, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring alignment with corporate standards and global best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain the Respect & Care strategy, including governance frameworks, documentation, communication materials, and programme charters.
Lead training and awareness initiatives, including manager workshops, supervisor capability development, worker orientation, and train-the-trainer programmes.
Drive workplace culture enhancement through engagement initiatives, recognition programmes, and employee well-being activities.
Conduct monitoring and assurance activities, including workplace health checks, KPI tracking (e.g. participation rates, grievance resolution, leadership engagement), and reporting of insights and lessons learned.
Partner with HR, HSSE, Procurement, Legal, and project teams to ensure consistent programme implementation across all levels of the organisation.
Support and guide project-level Respect & Care coordinators in executing initiatives effectively.
Engage with internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners to promote best practices in employee welfare and workplace culture.
Ensure alignment with corporate standards and compliance with relevant psychosocial risk and worker welfare frameworks.
Support continuous improvement of programmes through feedback analysis and data-driven insights.
Handle sensitive employee relations matters with professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion where required.
Technical Expertise
Strong understanding of employee welfare, organisational culture transformation, or corporate social responsibility programmes.
Knowledge of psychosocial risk management principles, including ISO 45003 standards
Experience in programme governance, training design, facilitation, and delivery across multi-level audiences.
Ability to design and implement engagement strategies that promote positive workplace culture and employee well-being.
Strong capability in stakeholder engagement across corporate, project, and cross-functional environments.
Experience in KPI tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement of organisational programmes.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills across diverse and multicultural settings.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Organisational Development, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in employee welfare, culture transformation, HSSE, or corporate social responsibility roles.
Proven experience in programme coordination, training delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
Business-level fluency in English, both written and spoken.
High level of emotional intelligence, empathy, and cultural awareness.
Strong integrity, confidentiality, and professional discretion, particularly in sensitive grievance-related matters.
Ability to work effectively in diverse, multinational, and matrix organisational environments.
