Key Responsibilities
1. Project Lead Generation & Opportunity Identification - Research and identify new project opportunities (RFPs, tenders, partnerships).
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
- Build a strong pipeline of potential projects through networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
- Able to achieve sales target as committed.
2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management - Engage with potential clients (government agencies, corporations, startups, etc.) to understand project needs.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders (contractors, consultants, suppliers).
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure projects.
3. Proposal & Bid Management - Lead the preparation of project proposals, bids, and tender responses.
- Collaborate with technical teams (engineers, architects, IT specialists) to create compelling project solutions.
- Ensure proposals meet client requirements and deadlines.
4. Revenue Growth & Contract Negotiation - Achieve sales targets by winning new projects.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
- Work with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements.
5. Market Expansion & Strategic Partnerships - Identify new geographic markets or industry sectors for expansion.
- Develop partnerships with subcontractors, vendors, and joint venture opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
