  • Produce accurate multidisciplinary deliverables, including general arrangement (GA) drawings, plans, sections, elevations, details, shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings where required.
  • Model architectural components, reinforced concrete and structural steel systems, as well as MEP systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and equipment layouts.
  • Update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle, from concept and schematic design to detailed design, coordination, construction, and project completion.
  • Coordinate BIM models across multiple disciplines to identify, resolve, and document design clashes.
  • Participate in clash detection reviews and multidisciplinary coordination meetings to support effective project execution.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure BIM models accurately reflect design intent, engineering requirements, and constructability.
  • Ensure all BIM models and deliverables comply with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP), company BIM standards, naming conventions, and file management protocols.
  • Perform regular model audits and quality checks to maintain model accuracy, consistency, and coordination.
  • Generate drawings, schedules, quantities, and other model data from BIM models to support project delivery.
  • Assist with 4D and 5D BIM implementation and support BIM model submissions for client reviews, design coordination, and authority approvals where required.

  • Knowledge of Dynamo, Rhino.Inside Revit, Tekla Structures, BIM automation tools, or visualisation software is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of BIM workflows, model coordination, drawing production, and quality assurance processes.
  • Ability to produce accurate multidisciplinary models and construction documentation for commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or data centre projects.

Qualifications
