Job Summary The Associate Specialist, Business Solution supports digital transformation initiatives by assisting in business analysis, solution design, and project delivery activities. Working closely with senior consultants, project managers, and cross-functional teams, this role is responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, supporting solution development, and ensuring successful implementation across Smart Logistics, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), smart manufacturing, and Industry 4.0 projects.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, configure, and maintain physical and cybersecurity systems and infrastructure.
Support solution design activities by assisting in the development of system workflows, solution architecture, and implementation approaches.
Work closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements and contribute to technical proposals, presentations, and bid documentation.
Participate in customer workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and technical discussions.
Document, validate, and maintain business requirements, functional specifications, system workflows, and project blueprints.
Assist in preparing Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), Statements of Work (SOW), and other project documentation.
Support requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle, from design to implementation.
Assist project teams during system implementation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and solution validation activities.
Collaborate with project managers to resolve requirement gaps and ensure solutions align with approved designs.
Support consulting engagements by analysing business processes and recommending technology-driven improvements.
Work with sales, product development, and implementation teams to ensure smooth project handovers and successful delivery.
Provide feedback from customer engagements to support product enhancements and continuous improvement.
Assist in developing and delivering training materials and user training sessions for internal teams and clients.
Technical Expertise
Knowledge of business process analysis and requirement gathering methodologies.
Understanding of enterprise solution implementation, including Smart Logistics, WMS, MES, and Industry 4.0 environments.
Ability to prepare technical documentation, including SRS, SOW, functional specifications, and solution proposals.
Familiarity with consulting methodologies and digital transformation initiatives.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in customer-facing environments.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in solution consulting, business analysis, or enterprise system implementation.
Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or digital transformation projects is highly preferred.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality outcomes in a collaborative environment.
